What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

We offer rhythm riding which is a "party-on the bike" style, as well as performance classes which are focused on improving speed, power and endurance. We offer theme rides as well as a Live DJ Ride. All classes are a blast and geared for maximal fat burning.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

Both owners come from a running and cycling background, and developed a love for hot yoga as a way to strengthen the core and balance their active lifestyles. They are extremely passionate about making fitness fun and accessible.

What do you love most about your job?

Getting a front row seat to the positive changes in our members' lives as a result of our classes.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

A handwritten thank you card from a member that had achieved her weight loss goal!
