This place is incredible. I showed up a little early, and the instructor, Maria, got me right into the condition class she was teach beforehand and then rolled everything right into the kickboxing class. Everyone was really nice and welcoming, and most importantly PATIENT with me. I've been to gyms or classes in the past where the workout hits a point where it sucks and I just want to quit, but here everyone cheered each other and I really felt engaged and motivated to work through the pain. I'm looking forward to going back, and after this groupon expires, I know I'll renew for a membership.

Kickboxing class is great and I will be recommending it to my friends. My first class was tonight the staff was friendly, the work out was challenging and you feel the burn. This class is definitely results driven & looking forward to more.

Led by coach Shonie Carter, an 11-time world champion, the MMA program blends fighting styles such as jiu-jitsu and kickboxing to arm students with effective techniques in striking, grappling, submissions, and ground fighting. Classes focus on boosting reaction time, building abdominal strength, and increasing flexibility.
