Group training classes at Kettlebility combine kettlebells, barbell, and bodyweight exercises in interval-style strength endurance training sessions. All group classes cover the areas of joint mobility, skill practice, strength, cardio conditioning, muscle tone, fat reduction, flexibility and range of motion, and injury prevention. The training is good for individuals of all fitness levels.

One month of classes includes two classes a week, or 8 total classes to be used within 30 days.
