Is your location strictly for adults, or can kids participate as well? Our Class setting start at the age of 16 and up.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business? Kick Life Forward Fitness ltd, was designed around our love for Kickboxing and personal training, combining both workouts into a complete stress relieve, results driven weight lose and muscle toning routine
What do you love most about your job? Seeing our customers achieve the results, they have dreamed about, in a fun sweat dripping workout in one of our amazing facilities.
