I LOVED my massage! I had a 70 minute medium pressure therapeutic massage and I have never felt better. She work all of the knots out of my shoulders and really worked in my IT band which I desperately needed. Doing the 40 minute sauna afterwards was icing on the cake. Can’t wait to go back!
