Tailored to each client, Deanna Flibbert's personal-training sessions are personalized to help participants meet their goals, whether they're trying to lose two pant sizes or get a more toned physique. Since April 2010, she's helmed KYA Boot Camp and Personal Training, where she leads group classes, boot camps, and metabolic conditioning. Group classes are all high-intensity, but also allow participants to move at their own pace during kickboxing, power yoga, or kettlebell classes that tone the core to the envy of apples everywhere.
