What You'll Get
Before bicycles, electric-company employees rode unicycles to keep light bulbs on at exactly half of today's brightness. Celebrate modern-day energy efficiency with today's Groupon: for $29, you get a five-punch card for indoor cycling, yoga, and boot-camp classes at Legacy Indoor Cycling Studio (up to a $90.40 value, including HST), located on Danforth Avenue.
The experienced instructors at Legacy Indoor Cycling lead a variety of classes based around cycling's bounty of benefits. The freestyle lifestyle class begins as a leisurely cycle before resistance increases make muscles burn with satisfaction, like an insult uttered from the lips of a sarcastic fire swallower. Simulated steep climbs, rolling hills, flat road, intervals, and breakaway attacks constitute the Danforth Valley and Peaks course, while 50 minutes of the "Houston we have a problem" class plays out with power training in the saddle, long power drills, and simulated hill terrain. The yoga courses stretch soulsacks out until they are able to morph into talking table tarps, and boot-camp classes increase heart rates with their nice abs and cute smiles. Check the current schedule for class times.
Schwinn bikes and a friendly, knowledgeable staff ensure you experience the apex of cycling with the use of your five-punch card. A five-punch card gives a taste of what it's like to ride the indoor roads and a chance to exchange sweaty head nods, the international gesture of respect, with fellow stationary cyclists. During your visits, you may take back-to-back classes while only using one punch.

About Legacy Indoor Cycling Studio
Bikers can grunt and sweat, pedalling 25 kilometres in a single session, they’ll never travel so much as an inch beyond Legacy Indoor Cycling Studio’s 2,000-square-foot space. Instead, Schwinn-certified instructors coach them along imagined paper routes, varying the intensity of hills and curves via the advanced settings on Schwinn Evolution bikes. In each class, up to 30 stationary steeds whir in place, their spokes’ constant hum drowned out by the teachers’ commands and the high-energy music blaring from a Bose stereo system.
Beyond spinning sessions, the personal trainers also bend bodies in yoga classes and incinerate calories with boot-camp-style circuit training, which incorporates cycling. With almost 30 total classes a week, the studio accommodates virtually any schedule, allowing students to fit in a workout between work and daily appointments to oil their bionic legs.
