Our studio is different because it stands for something. Safety, Intelligence and FUNctionality! We do what works, in a safe, friendly and patient environment. This isn't only about the workout. This is about our members, what THEY need and what THEY want.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Before we begin any fitness program, we first make it a point to know what drives our clients. What is really behind their goals. We all want to get "in shape", we want to know why. Their why becomes our why, that's how we stay motivated.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The need for a place like this. Where you can talk to someone who really knows what they are doing. A place where you can talk to real people. Where there is no hoops to jump through or phone calls to make to some out of state phone number. Here you talk to us. Always.

What do you love most about your job?
The people. The people who work out here and the people who work here. Everyone is just so real and that makes it great.
