About MC's HIIT House
MC's HIIT House offers one-on-one personal training sessions with Coach Mike, a NASM-certified personal trainer (CPT). Each session is customizable to your needs, no matter the timeframe, frequency, or your fitness level. All are welcome! We specialize in high intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts, with an emphasis on weight loss, cardio endurance, and muscle/core strengthening. He is also a certified Kickboxologist, teaching cardio kickboxing, boxing, and boxing pad work.
The HIIT House has a squat rack, bench press, dumbbells, medicine balls, kettlebells, resistance bands, battle rope, stationary bike, agility ladder, jump ropes, two long heavy bags for boxing, and a speed bag. Utilizing a combination of your body weight and our equipment, Coach Mike will take you through heart healthy workouts to meet your fitness goals!
