It can be intimidating to join a new gym. Often times traditional gym cultures value competition which can breed anxiety, contempt, and discomfort between members.

At Miami Biomechanics, we have built a welcoming community that values functionality, teamwork, compassion, and understanding between members. We recognize that every human has movement and behavioral dysfunctions - our community simply seeks to correct these things in ourselves and each other. We aren’t concerned with who looks the best, who is using the most weight, or who is pushing through the most pain.

Everyone needs a results-based gym where they can work hard, fix their problems, and be a part of something bigger than themselves. We are that facility.
