About Michigan Academy Of Gymnastics

Michigan Academy Of Gymnastics teaches young girls and boys the intricacies of this sport. Their goal is to make children feel happy, gain confidence, and remain healthy. For each student, levels are analyzed so that children comfortably fit into one of the following skill sets:

  • Red and White: This class is for the beginners. Trainers will teach students basic movement, plays, rotations, and exercises

  • Blue and Bronze: This level of classes is for the intermediate: those who know basic gymnastics movement, but with a little more focus on routine skills

  • Silver and Gold: These classes are for strong gymnasts and instructors stray away from the basics while focusing on body performance and techniques.
