During a brain-training session, a client reclines in a plush chair while electroencephalographic sensors placed on the head identify out-of-sync brainwave patterns. The rogue brainwaves show up on a computer-generated report, identifying which of the brain's six major areas is most in need of brainwave-optimization or Caribbean getaways. The client's own brainwave energy is then translated into a series of sounds that, when heard through headphones, cajoles brainwaves back into equilibrium. While brain training is not intended for the treatment of illnesses, some clients have reported reduced stress, relief from depression, and less feedback during telepathic radio broadcasts.
