About Mint Condition Fitness

As a football player for his high school and a regular at the weight room, Colin Triplett never had a problem staying active. But when he began boxing at Santa Clara University, he realized that exercise on its own wasn't enough—champion performance in the ring required regular sleep, a healthy diet, and periods of rest as well. Drawing on past experience with athletic training and a passion for nutritional education, Triplett founded Mint Condition Fitness, a holistic program that covers exercise, nutrition, and recovery techniques.

Using kettlebells, resistance bands, and hand weights, Triplett and his team of trainers lead clients in one-on-one, semi-private, and group exercise sessions. They begin all sessions with an energetic warm-up before moving onto high-intensity metabolic conditioning exercises. The instructors provide regular nutritional counseling and fitness evaluations to assess progress and optimize results.
