Formerly the Galveston Municipal Golf Course, the current Moody Gardens was enriched with $16 million worth of renovations in 2008, preserving the best of the old layout and adding a tropical flair to the seaside course. Measuring 6,900 yards from the back tees, the course winds through beautiful natural wetlands and strives to accommodate all skill levels, with five sets of tees and random linebacker attacks for extreme golfing.
