Hello, and welcome to the Teach Me, Tease Me Burlesque Boot camp. This is an interactive and fun way to get your cardio in, and to feel sexy in your skin. Yes, this class will teach you the art of burlesque, but the main goal of this course is to teach us how to feel sexier in our skin. We as women are hard on ourselves and we have the tendency to beat ourselves and each other.

This 12 week course will teach you the basic fundamentals and burlesque moves that every dancer needs. We will start with 8 basic moves and discuss clothing, props, and music selection as well. We will be using the chair as our main prop. I will also give you basic fan-work techniques, and work with a boa as well.

By the end of the course everyone will be able to perform a full burlesque routine! With that being said, those who feel comfortable with their routines will be invited to perform in an amateur virtual burlesque show that I will record and put together. This will allow for you to see your work on the big screen, and to possibly earn some tips too (you do not have to perform if you don't want to).

Things that you will need for class is simple:

• Heels
• Oversize button up shirt/or an easy zip up dress
• Water
• And last but not least, your SELF CONFIDENCE! And if you don’t have this yet we will work on that part!

• A pair of opera gloves/to keep if you sign up for the 12 week course

• Fans/for practice
• Boas/for practice
• Professional photos of your burlesque persona/if you finish all 12 weeks of the course 
• Pair of pasties/only if you complete all 12 weeks of the course

Bonus Treat! Because I want to spread the ‘love oneself movement’, there will be a free photo shoot at the end of the 12 weeks for those interested. I will provide 2 pictures for future shows. This is so that if you want to be in other shows, you will have a head shot to use! This is my gift to you for allowing me to be a part of your self-love journey!
