Nnoww assesses each client individually to achieve their goals. Nkem, a lifelong athlete, and Nina, who fought and won a more than 10-year battle with obesity (she lost and kept off 140 pounds) come from very different fitness experiences. Using those opposites, they created an innovative program that can target every client.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
All our programs are client centered and results driven. We keep you motivated by continuously measuring progress and providing feedback. Every minute of every session is spent assessing your strengths and weaknesses, building on both by allowing for constant growth and no room for stagnation or plateaus.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Wanting to eliminate all the overwhelming frustration, confusion, and doubtfulness that comes with venturing into a new weight-loss program. With good, honest information about fitness and diet and a hard-core training program, it is our mission to make sure all our clients get the results they seek.
What do you love most about your job?
The results. Watching people do what they think is impossible everyday is the best part. Pair that with the overwhelming happiness and appreciation that comes with helping people achieve their fitness and weight-loss dreams, and it’s a delight to find new ways to push them to higher levels daily.
