NXPT FItness Studio is an adult playground for fitness lovers. Ropes, rings, and punching bags dangle from the ceiling. On the floor, kettlebells and giant tires wait to be swung and flipped. Within this fully-outfitted environment, trainers guide individuals through each exercise during one-on-one sessions. Small-group training allows three to six people to work out together, with exercises tailored to each client’s fitness abilities.
