I paid for the Groupon, when I booked my appt on 11/11/25; was required to provide my credit card; but then I marked my Groupon voucher as used (there’s no institution to do so; normally when you used your voucher code, it was automatically being marked as used) the owner called asking me to mark my Groupon as used on 11/28/25; I did right away; on 12/1, I was charged full service $75 on the card I provided; I reached out but he insisted that my Groupon still showed active; which isn’t true on my end; I even provided screenshot of the Groupon showing it was used; he said I don’t care; you need you deal with Groupon; so I did; Groupon service reactivated my voucher after 10 days/many emails after; I “re-marked my voucher as used” “again” on 12/16/25; emailed & left voice mail for the merchant; asked him to refund the $75 that you charged me on 12/1; no response since; it’s 12/21/25 now It’s a very unpleasant experience with this merchant and he isn’t willing to help. Normally merchant keeps track of the vouchers so you don’t have to; as long as each code is unique! Obviously, he didn’t! I can’t view from his end nor the Groupon end; I could view the voucher from my account, and it’s marked as used so that should be enough for him to refund my $75; but he isn’t going to; so I basically paid the service with the Groupon plus full $75
