OsteoStrong is a membership-based Integrative Health and Wellness Center with a focus on Musculoskeletal Strengthening. The four-device circuit takes only minutes once per week to complete. Under the direction of a skilled technician, users engage in a safe controlled movement on each device that results in a stimulus to the central nervous system triggering osteogenesis or new bone growth. Each device provides instant biofeedback with a member’s impact emulation force exertion measured in pounds and multiples of body weight. Data is recorded and a report is sent to the member detailing their progress at the conclusion of each session.

Before Your Session:

Try not to do anything too strenuous or taxing before your session; the benefits are greatest when maximum force is produced, and producing maximum force is impossible if your muscles are already worn out! Out of respect to our other members and to ensure that we keep things running smoothly, please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled time to use the restroom, get water or change your shoes, and be ready to start at your scheduled time.

During Your Session:

We will begin each session with about a minute or two on the VibePlate to prepare you for the trigger events you will be performing on the machine. During your session, your goal is to push or pull as hard as you comfortably can in order to stimulate bone and muscle growth. The order of trigger events targeting a specific group of muscles and bones include: • Upper Growth Trigger (UGT) • Lower Growth Trigger (LGT) • Core Growth Trigger (CGT) • Postural Growth Trigger (PGT). Your safety is one of the most important facets of our system! We can always modify our trigger events to accommodate special needs and ensure that you stay safe and comfortable throughout the entire session. After finishing all four trigger events, we will have you spend 2-3 minutes on the VibePlate. This portion is most important for the balance aspect and strengthening the neural pathways. The VibePlate also plays a role in bone and muscle growth, circulation and recovery. Be sure to perform stretching, balancing and other muscle-engaging activities in order to reap the most benefits. We will end each session with the use of one or more modalities. 

After Your Session:

After your session, you are free to enjoy your day! You’ve now succeeded in stimulating your body’s natural growth process which will continue over the following week. Feel free to continue your normal physical fitness routine without restriction.
