What's included: 60 or 90 min at depth, you are welcome to relax, sleep, meditate, read, etc while you enjoy the treatment.

During the session, as the chamber pressurizes you will need to 'clear' your ears, this is equalizing the pressure on the inside of your ears and sinuses with the pressure around you in the chamber.

The feeling is similar to that in an airplane or elevator as the chamber increases in pressure, the air can feel a little warm and more dense.

You will be breathing up to 97% oxygen through an oxygen mask or nasal canula.
