Didn't have good experience. Some puzzles were not working as expected causing us wasting time to work out the clues. When brought up with staff, they acknowledged they were aware of the issues!
I would assume they would let the customers know of that in advance or call out as they are monitoring what's happening inside the rooms instead of letting customers waste time. Moreover, they didn't even compensate by allowing for extra time when requested, even though there was time available before the next team arrives since we started early.

Very friendly staff. They really want you to have fun. When you go, be wide awake because the puzzles are TUFF. You must work together. Very well done....very clever.

It takes more than a good thinking cap to conquer PanIQ Room's fully immersive next-generation room-escape games. Every challenge begins with a small group of people locked inside one of three spaces, each with its own theme, design, and background story. The ultimate goal is the same across the board, though: players must find a way out within 60 minutes.
