Pastries N Chaat opened its first location in 2018 with the goal of exposing people to the delicacies of India, and within months, it expanded to 10 locations across the country. The restaurant specializes in pastry-like roti bread and savory chaat—the papdi chaat dish, for instance, features a bed of crisp fried-dough wafers topped with tangy and spicy flavors of yogurt, chick peas, chutney, and crunchy noodles. But the eatery serves up a vast array of entrees, from classic samosas to Indian pizzas topped with ingredients like chili panner and chili chicken.
