I went to Pearle Vision on New Years Eve day to redeem my Groupon. They closed at 4pm and I was there around noon. They were quite busy, but I was greeted immediately. I was impressed with their friendly, professional service. The technician took my information, measured my pupillary distance and assured me I would get a call later in the day to complete the order. I assume she did this so I wouldn't have to wait a long period of time. I received a call around 4:45pm, meaning the technician was still busy working well after the store closed, and on New Years Eve! The technician was very pleasant and didn't try to "upsell" me. She said because of the holiday it may take 7-14 days for my new glasses to arrive and I would receive a call when they were in. I got my call 3 days, yes, 3 days later!!!! I just picked up my new glasses and could not be more pleased. Once again, I found the technician to be friendly, competent, and professional. Side note: I tried an online company "Z****" and had to toss those cheap, poorly made glasses. So thankful Pearle Vision came through for me. Also, at the location the sale frames were located on the left wall under the men's frames, I had to ask where they were.
