The class was fun and a great learning experience. My only qualm was that Chef Russell gets easily irritable when students ask questions or need clarification. Other than this, he's funny, down to earth and a great teacher.

Best class ever!! I learned so much so fast that you must pay attention. Recommend a note pad. So much advise. You don’t follow a recipe. It’s more about learning the fundamentals to make any recipe. I feel like I went to culinary school. Chef Russell answered all my question and is very generous with his tips. He has so much food knowledge. Best class ever!!!!!

This was my second class with Chef Russell. The first was Knife Skills - a must for anyone serious about improving their kitchen knowledge and performance! This Sushi Class was so much more than that. It was a culinary learning experience that was fun, entertaining, hands on and Chef Russell shared a multitude of his helpful tips and knowledge with us! He wants us to learn to be confident and creative about cooking for ourselves, in a healthy and safe way. Worth ten times the value at the very least! I learned so much. My 3 sushi rolls were delicious too!! Thank you Chef. Next....Thai Class!!
