The class was fun and a great learning experience. My only qualm was that Chef Russell gets easily irritable when students ask questions or need clarification. Other than this, he's funny, down to earth and a great teacher.

The experience was nice and we met some great people however the biryani itself lacked all flavors. It was very bland. I'm still left feeling like I don't know how to make a good biryani.

Chef Russell is a patient and great teacher. It was totally hands on with simple direction. I felt comfortable and safe in the environment, in regards to Covid. It was just a friend and I and it was great, but I could imagine with a group of strangers when times are better it being an awesome party. If you read these THANK YOU CHEF!
