What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We are all about people. We are focused on changing peoples lives for the better and helping them enjoy a healthy, happy, more fit life. We aren't like most facilities that are all about reps and times. We care about the individual and their progress.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
I focus on positive self talk. Someones mind will give up before their body does. So I try to change their mind so they are constantly giving themselves positive self talk and pushing themselves for themselves and not for an external reason.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
A few years ago I didn't have my health. I was in and out of hospitals, in so much pain, taking so many medications, it was terrible. I was able to over come that trial and have since dedicated my life to helping others get their health back, or maintain a happy healthy life.

What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the change I can make in an individuals life. I love knowing that someones life is better, because of something I contributed.
