What to expect:
This is personal training in a group setting! To begin the session, a Certified Personal Trainer will put the class through a dynamic warmup, incorporating mobility sequences to keep you moving! Once the warmup is complete, we will demonstrate your workout for the day. Monday and Wednesday tend to be more strength based and the remaining days you can expect a good combination of cardio, strength, endurance, agility and functional movement. The trainer will be walking around, correcting form as needed and providing modifications to meet you at your current fitness level! We've got an amazing community here, and we would love the opportunity to help you with your training needs.

At Phoenix FitCamps we offer 50 minute, fun (maybe it's fun in a sick twisted kind of way, but still fun), high intensity FAT BURNING boot camp sessions designed for all fitness levels. You are going to get a great combination of cardio, metabolic, endurance, strength, power and agility training. You workout according to your level of conditioning. We can modify any exercise and we can progress each exercise too. Show up, give it your all and I will help guide you along the way. As a member you will also receive online coaching, recipes, motivation and at home HIIT workouts for the days you just can't make it in. Let's start crushing goals!!
