I loved the class! The trainers were friendly, patient, and helpful. They made sure proper form was being used and were so kind about teaching the techniques.
I've been telling my friends to go too and I can't wait to go back again for my next workout!
I had a great time my first class I can’t wait to take my second class.. the instructor really was kind, caring, and motivating …. The gym is clean and the equipment is all useful and adjusting to what level you are on…
