We keep it fun, make things interesting by always giving new challenges and provide an experience they can get nowhere else

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We started Pick Fit because there's such a need for more education and coaching in the fitness world, not just more gimmicks.

What do you love most about your job?
The thing we love seeing the most is when our clients can do something today that they couldn't do before. We love it when we teach something new to someone whether it's a better movement pattern or something health related that makes a difference in their lives
