There are very few courses that actually offer the buy 1 green fee, get one free. And when you do find one, its not a popular course. For any other discounts, I can pretty much get those same discounts by booking my tee times on golfzing, or other sites.

I’ve tried the buy one get one free with 4 different courses in the Dallas, Texas region and none of them had even heard of players pass... one club honored it because they felt bad, but other than that it’s been more of an embarrassing experience than anything.

I have not found this pass to be of value. I can find equivalent green fees on my own using the internet. Also, I have tried reaching out to Player's Pass to cancel the auto renewal on my account and have yet to receive a response to my calls and emails.

About This Deal

Partake in the favorite pastime of amateur jokesters and scythe-swinging Grim Reapers with today’s side deal. For $33, you get a one-year Player’s Pass membership, which is good for discounts at golf courses across Arizona and the United States. Membership must be activated within a year and lasts for one year afterward.

A Player’s Pass membership offers half-price and two-for-one green-fee discounts at more than 800 golf courses nationwide, as well as discounts on golf accessories, clothing, training, and more. Membership also includes monthly and quarterly drawings for golf prizes and deals up to 70% off last-minute tee times due to cancellations and duck conga lines blocking the freeway. Simply log in online, print out the course coupons, and take them to the participating course in order to spend an afternoon puttering about the green and listening to stories about pro loopers golfing with the Dalai Lama.

A Player’s Pass provides discounted access to hundreds of golf courses nationwide without requiring you to break the piggy bank with a booming, precisely aligned swing from your favorite sand wedge. For additional information, view frequently asked questions about the Player's Pass here.
