Do not allow you to select the level of classes. You must first attend 3 intro the pole classes, then 20 hours of behinner, and only then can you attend other pole dance groups. Plus the most disgusting attitude! I arrived exactly at the appointed time, but the door was closed and there was an announcement on the door that after the start of classes I could not enter, although I arrived exactly and I paid the money, I knocked on the door for 10 minutes, my knock was simply ignored, such an inhuman attitude I never met. My next class is in 45 minutes and I had to stand outside the door with a bloody arm!

Olga, we have talked. You told us two weeks ago you had one month of pole, last year in NY, and wanted to start fresh here. Tuesday, you text you had seven years in Russia. You did not tell us this when you signed up. Not a fair review.
We are in the process of pole level testing you and will finish tomorrow so we may determine where to place you. We hope after testing, you will be happy, but last Tuesday we did not know you were an experienced pole athlete.
Our studio policy sheet was texted and a welcome text before your first class that states no late entry. We checked the camera and you were late to class on Friday. It's unfortunate you knocked so hard that your knuckles bled. Teachers do not interrupt class and leave once it starts, and the music is up so it's hard to hear outside the room.
We hope you will be happy after we place you in the appropriate level class, and are trying to work with you. Thank you.

Staff and owner was nice. They have a strict door policy due to having staff signing folks in and teaching the class. It's okay if they start class 15-20 minutes late but if you're 1-5 minute late you won't be able to get in. Hardly any street parking. I regret signing up for 3 month and am glad I brought the voucher from Groupon so I didn't feel so bad for skipping out on the remaining 2 months. It wasn't worth it for me.

Thank you for sharing and coming to three classes. It looks like you were attended on a super, busy night where we had ten first timers. We strive to start on time even on the busier days, but sometimes we're simply unable. The Intro class is listed as 45 minutes to give staff a cushion to check in a large number of mostly first timers. We're sorry class started late. We try to have extra staff present to help if they're available. We do have to cut off entry or else class would start even later. We'd like to give you your unused days if you're willing to give us another try. Please contact our general manager. Also, if you call ahead, we're happy to direct you to surrounding (free) parking lots across the street and one block away.
