I love the gym and the staff. They are highly motivating, warm and welcoming, and the food/protein bar is delicious. It's a small gym, but has heart and personality. These are no boring, ordinary classes...they are high energy, challenging, and FUN!

The staff is friendly, informative, and welcoming. They answers all your questions. Help you get your bike adjusted perfectly for you! They check on you during class. Great group of people. Great protein food options and shakes too! I have already recommended friends!

High energy baby!!! The instructors are all great! The class was 90min so I left drained. The facility was very clean and everyone was friendly!
