Dustin Williams is a bit old fashioned, at least when it comes to fitness. As the owner and head personal trainer at Precision Fitness, he doesn't buy into fancy equipment, miracle weight-loss drugs, or fad diets. Instead, he focuses on the time-tested methods of hard work, motivation, and accountability. Dustin leads 30-minute group personal-training classes, which banish fat while toning physiques, and abs, butt, and shoulder classes, which build strength and reduce pain. In addition, he's a National Strength and Conditioning Association–certified strength and conditioning specialist and uses that expertise to train those preparing for bodybuilding and figure competitions.
