Exceptional! They are amazing here and very pleasant, awesome facility, plenty of equipment with a knowledgeable staff that guides you step by step. A fantastic experience, very rewarding, I felt good and look forward to going back.

Only had my first session with Rob but it went really well. He knows what he's doing and actually has a plan unlike other trainers I have experienced.

It is all about achieving one's personal goals at Prevention Performance. Conducting 55-minute group classes as well as 30- and 60-minute personal training sessions, experienced trainers strive to tailor each class to the individual. Prevention Performance invites everyone from beginner to advanced level to join classes and start the workout. Teaching proper body mechanics and warm-up, stretching techniques, and bodybuilding, the gym offers a wide array of classes, such as full-body toning, strengthening, post-rehab, or pain management.
