I only quit because I didn’t want to sign a year contract. This place gives a challenging workout for all fitness levels. Oh, guess what they have 3 and 6 months contracts!

I honestly didn't think 30 minutes would be enough of a workout but it was well worth it and I will be going back. Instructor was informative, encouraging and made sure everyone was doing things properly so they didn't get hurt.
