Samantha was warm, welcoming, and explained everything to me. The whole body cryotherapy was very tolerable and looking forward to feeling the benefits!

Ambiance, service and people were unique. We did the cryotherapy and the red light therapy but looking forward to trying the EMS. Coz was a rugby player in his early days so pain is constant so looking forward to trying alternative treatments.
