What You'll Get
Boot camps are a quick way to get in shape for upcoming marathons or adrenaline-pumping prison escapes. Jump the fence with today's Groupon: for $98, you get four weeks of boot camp sessions at Punch Gym (up to a $197 value), available at three locations.
The "Sexy Strong" boot camp for women and the co-ed boot camp for all provide fun, efficient workouts to trim bodies and shed unwanted pounds. Friendly fitness guru Rob Santarossa and his enthusiastic team of trainers at Punch Gym lead intense 30-minute sessions that tone muscles and burn calories with a variety of equipment, including kettlebells, ropes, and medicine balls. To keep workouts exciting, bolts of lightening shoot from the sky at irregular intervals and routines are varied on a daily basis, including both indoor and outdoor regiments of calisthenics, light running, and body weight exercises. Boot camp meets five days a week, with numerous classes offered daily to fit busy schedules of work, child rearing, and dueling with android assassins.
Though Punch Gym and its founder, Rob Santarossa, have yet to receive many reviews, here are a few customer testimonials from the gym's website:
- I have been enjoying training with Rob so much that my husband signed up 3 months ago. He can’t believe the difference it has made in his overall feeling of well-being. – Andrea J.
- We have both tried many other gyms in the past but with Punch Gym Boot Camp, 30 minutes goes by so fast, it hardly feels like a workout and is like having your own personal instructors encouraging you to do your best. We can tell you from experience; it is definitely a workout for any fitness level. – Diana R. and Elly F.

About IronCore Kettlebell Club
At IronCore Kettlebell Club, owner and certified fitness trainer Rob Santarossa leads a team of instructors who lead group and private exercise regimens and nutritional coaching to help each client achieve a slim physique and healthier lifestyle. Rob’s dedication to fitness stems from his own early weight-loss struggles, an experience that allows him to coach with empathy and enact appropriate levels of motivation. About 12–15 students partake in semi-private classes, which stress weight-and-cardio combinations using diverse exercises, each scalable to fit individual needs. Kettlebells and other forms of resistance are added along the way to round out the focused 30-minute routines. To help maintain a healthy lifestyle, fitness seekers will also be equipped with a nutritional program, which helps lay out customized meal plans and charts nutritional progress.
