Our Classic class is a 50-minute, low-impact, total-body workout that lifts your seat, tones your thighs, abs, and arms, and burns fat in record-breaking time through small isometric movements. Pure Empower is a 45-minute, high-energy, cardio-centric, circuit-based class that flows through "classic" barre moves in a more dynamic range of movement while utilizing ankle weights and a platform to help elevate the heart rate for a sustained amount of time generating more sweat than the Pure Barre Classic class. Dedicated participants of the method often see significant results in as little as three–four weeks.​
