What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We aren't just 'a gym'. We are your teachers and coaches when it comes to all things fitness. We want you to have fun and be successful and we will help you however we can.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Pure Strength.Pure Health. Pure Fun. It's not just painted on the walls, its what we do. We want all of our members to be strong and healthy and have fun doing it. Seeing lasting change is a very strong motivator. We teach the right things and stay away from gimmicks and quick fixes.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Being in corporate fitness for many years, we could see how they didn't really care about their members. We actually want to see all of our members achieve what they're after. That's the whole point of putting in all the effort.

What do you love most about your job?
Honestly, when someone tells us a story of how they could do something now that they couldnt do before or when they are seeing positive changes happening because of what they've learned from us, that is what makes what we do worth it!
