At PWRGRLS we train to become the best version of ourselves, physically & mentally. PWRGRLS Training is female personal training for small groups of 2-6 people. Keeping our participants at each session manageable, allows our trainers to still give you the individual attention and guidance you need and deserve. We work with the workout programs from some of the best trainers in the US. Each program typically lasts 12 weeks and consists of 3 different phases.  It is important to continuously switch up our routine to ensure ongoing progress in strength, endurance, mobility and body composition. Our training styles include: Functional Training, Traditional Strength Training, Bodybuilding, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Cardio & more. Another very important component in our progress, is proper nutrition. We will teach you the basics and help you match your diet to your new lifestyle. Included in your membership is ongoing nutritional advice and mental support.  Besides from the physical aspects, what we care most about is for our members to find confidence in themselves again & rediscover the joy of life.  Did you know that during exercise our body releases endorphins? Did you know that exercising regularly can heal depression, anxiety & chronic back pain?  That it improves posture, mood, sleep, energy levels, insulin resistance, QUALITY OF LIFE!?
