Took my first class yesterday, it was very focused on the toning and conditioning which is what I love about pole dancing and think other studios don't do well. They have classes for the sensual part too, so it seems a well rounded studio. Teacher and students were friendly, the place is a bit small to get ready but doesn't both me.

The staff are so kind and the studio is small enough that they take the time to learn your name. One person per pole so I feel like I retain the skills from each class and am able to build on what I’ve learned every time I go back. I really enjoy training here!

This studio is hands down the best in the city. The instructors are all fantastic and really do take the time to ensure we are practicing safely
