Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated?
"Road blocks" and "speed bumps" are all addressed during the initial intake. Clients are told what to expect and how to overcome the hazards. We promote all aspects of a healthy lifestyle, cardio, resistance training, nutrition, sleep, and provide all the tools necessary.
What's the most radical physical transformation you've seen a client make?
Besides cases of significant weight loss, some of our sport-specific clients, who came to us after being told that they wont be able to participate in the sport th[ey] love, resume playing better than before.
When and how did you first develop a passion for fitness?
Incorporating fitness into my sport-related activities all my life has kept me from potential physical harm. I've endured and walk away from falls that have hospitalized opponents. I have a passion for fitness because it enables me to do the things I enjoy.
Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?
We're passionate about what we do. Our clients' safety and physical health is put above all. We make ourselves available to our clients not just for their one-on-one but when they're out and have a question about food options.
