What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

Pilates, Barre, TRX, CORE classes. Remedy is a Pilates training facility with PMA Certified Instructors. We are a boutique studio with small class sizes to ensure personalized attention and all levels are welcome.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

Remedy has been in business since 2008 and was inspired by the desire to house the most talented instructors who can come together to share knowledge, focus on clients individual needs and give customers a community to call their own.

What do you love most about your job?

I love everything about my job! Mostly I love motivating people to push past their limits and working with others who are just getting back in the game or recovering from an injury.
