Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Music is a great motivating factor during a workout. Every client has the opportunity to create a playlist to listen to during their private session with a trainer.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Met a elderly man at a local gym that told me if he could do it all over again, he would do something he loved. That was the motivating factor to start and run EGR fitness in the heart of GasLight Village.

What do you love most about your job?
I love it all! But if I had to choose, what I love most about my role is the moment when a client starts to see results and turns exercise into a lifestyle versus just working out. It enhances all aspects of one's life and it truly is awesome to be a passenger along their fitness journey.
