What You'll Get
Although body-exchange programs mean no one ever has to stay in one meat suit for long, returning yours in bad condition means you forfeit your deposit. Keep your constitution in returnable condition with today's Groupon: for $18, you get five boxing-fitness or Zumba classes at Ring Side Fitness Center, located on East 11th Street (a $40 value). A nontraditional gym, Ring Side Fitness tailors exercise programs to keep participants excited and motivated, greeting new muscle arrivals and sending fat on its merry way. At the one-hour boxing-fitness classes, participants shape glutes, tighten thighs, and tone punching appendages with drills and cardio routines. Zumba classes quell flab insurgencies with an exciting routine of Latin dance rhythms. Punch and shimmy the way to a long-term fitness routine with five classes at Ring Side.

About Ring Side Fitness Center
Husband-and-wife duo David and Crystal Wells threw their mutual passion for fitness into the creation of Ring Side Fitness Center. They outfitted the gym with high white ceilings, a soft red floor and a boxing ring, corralling passionate students and leading them through boxing classes. In addition to teaching foundational footwork and techniques, David maintains professional status in MMA, and Crystal ranks as a professional figure competitor in the National Gym Association and National Physique Committee. They apply their professional experience toward building full-body workout plans, but stay in touch with the fitness limitations and aspirations of everyday people. As working parents, they make efficiency paramount—drop-in classes span 75 minutes and work the whole body, including the dorsal fin.
