If a customer is unable to find a mutually agreeable date to book their trip, they’ll receive their money back. If a customer needs to cancel a booked trip, the cancellation must occur more than 14 days in advance of the planned trip start date. If cancellation is more than 7 days but less than 14 days, 50% of the trip’s total cost is forfeited. If cancellation is less than 7 days, 100% of the trip’s total cost is forfeited. Exact coach is not guaranteed at the time of booking. Price includes a driver on duty for up to 10 hours each day. Driver must rest for 9 hours after each day of driving duty. A driver can be on duty for up to 15 hours maximum with an additional fee of $344.00. All driver hotels and rental cars for transportation to and from the driver hotel and the coach are included.
