Working out with Robert is great experience. I was looking for a trainer who is an expert for rehab exercise. After taking his session, I purchased more session to pursue my fitness goal, which is working out safely without any injuries due to wrong posture or wrong body mechanics. When I came to Robert, I had an injury from car accident and kind of afraid of working out; however, he made a doable plan within my limit and activated weakened muscle. After the 6 sessions, I can mobilized and reduced pain. Moreover, I lost fat and gain more muscle which was unexpected result! His approach is holistic and will help the clients to set a goal which they really want and devotedly help to make it. Strongly recommended working out with him.

Anyone new to personal training or a veteran will benefit from the expertise of Robert Ulhs. A very personable person, who makes you feel comfortable and listens to your concerns and any health issues you may have. Robert conducts a 1hour long assessment that is not deducted from your sessions in order to see what areas need to be focused on initially in-order for you to get the best results.

Rob is an excellent trainer and very knowledgeable. I've recently started PT session with him, and it's been really great. I want to get stronger and more confident, and after doing few sessions, I can already feel the difference. I'm excited about doing more sessions with Rob.

Got the Groupon … and I gotta say … what a great experience so far! He’s patient, explains why and is not intimidating. I’ve done trainers in the past and never connected well with one but I’m having a completely different and positive experience with him! The location they use is really nice too - not too many people and so much natural light. Try him out if you’re looking for a trainer - you’ll have a great time! I’m already planning to continue post groupon - he’s that good!
