Roll20 Health and Fitness is a private gym owned and operated by certified personal trainer and coach Andrew Stewart. Andrew teaches Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes five days a week and runs private strength and conditioning sessions by appointment. We believe that the best gift a coach can give to a client is autonomy.    For both personal training and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, our mission is to make it so that all clients have the freedom and confidence to reach their health and fitness goals.   Through a system that focuses on teaching, knowledge acquisition, pain-free movement, and basic movement requirements, clients will gain independence from a personal trainer to continue to work towards and maintain their health and fitness goals. Each and every client will be equipped to do things on their own after sufficient time and practice with our personal trainer.    Everyone also has the opportunity to learn one of the fastest-growing martial arts in the world.
