Jason is amazing!

RootHealth alleviates chronic pain, creates injury resilience, and enhances performance by optimizing human movement mechanics.

Advanced stretch therapy uses the body's natural method of sensing tension (stretch) to evaluate restrictions of movement that causes tightness and pain.

We then address these restrictions with assisted stretch, percussion, deep release, etc to improve mobility, eliminate the pain, and perform better!

Appointment #1 is 90 mins and includes: Consultation, movement evaluation, treatment of restriction.

Appointment #1 is 60 mins and build on top of session #1 by addressing the body's response to session #1.
