This Groupon was a great deal! I have only been to one class so far but the program is super fun! It was a very challenging workout. did the 6 week boot camp package option. I was slightly confused as to how it worked. I emailed Route 20 and asked how to begin. They helped me to set up an orientation which was basically a tour. They also offer you an introduction class to show you how to do some basic moves before the class. The class schedule is very accommodating to all schedules. To do the Body Scan, you have to schedule that separate with them. I did not get any nutrition counseling but they did send me the handbook online.
