All classes last 45 minutes to an hour depending on your choice, with a full schedule available on their website.

Choose from one of these three classes:

  • Boot camp (12 sessions, a $120 value). Students should bring a mat, five-pound dumb bells, and water.
  • TRX Suspension (six sessions, a $90 value). Students should bring a mat and water.

All classes are taught by nationally certified personal trainers with years of experience motivating people into healthy states of mind and body. Boot camp classes improve muscle tone, flexibility, and endurance while shedding weight with a wide range of drills, from basic strength training to running obstacle courses. Initially developed by U.S. Navy SEALs looking to stay in peak condition no matter where they were stationed, this workout targets all types of fitness using elastic cables that help build strength and power while increasing flexibility. To relieve excess muscle strain and tension, the Pilates class strengthens and aligns the body using precise movements. Strengthening and stabilizing abdominal muscles, Pilates works from the core outward to improve overall strength, muscle tone, and balance.
